Arrive 10 Minutes Early
Please be at your stop at least 10 minutes before departure, so the trip can leave on time.
Routes Run Both Ways
Depending on where the trip is going, the coach may start at either end of the route. Check the departure time shown online with your trip.
Same Stops Home
We drop off along the same route and stops as the pick-up, unless the trip says otherwise.

Pick-Up Questions
What Time Should I Arrive at My Pick-Up Point?
Please be at your pick-up point at least 10 minutes before the departure time. We stick to the timetable so the trip runs smoothly for everyone.
Which Way Round Does the Coach Go?
Our pick-up routes run in both directions, depending on where the trip is going. That means the order of the stops, and the time at each one, can change from trip to trip, so always check the departure time shown online with your trip.
Where Can I Find the Departure and Return Times?

Where Are We Dropped off at the End of the Day?
We drop off along the same route and stops as the pick-up, unless the trip says otherwise.
Can You Add an Extra Pick-Up Stop for Our Group?
For larger groups we’re happy to arrange extra pick-up stops on request. Call us on 0113 871 5327 to talk it through.
Are Seats Reserved?
Seats aren’t usually allocated. If a trip is fully booked we may allocate seats so groups can sit together. We also try not to fill the coach completely, so you have a bit of extra space.
Can I Reserve a Front Seat?
We can’t guarantee front seats because so many people ask for them. If you ask in advance we can sometimes seat you near the front.
Can I Leave My Things on the Coach During the Day?
Yes. The coach is locked when it’s left, but we recommend you don’t leave valuables behind.
